The developers offer a suite of separate applications designed to cover most business tasks: creating and editing text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, viewing PDF documents, handling email, and managing cloud storage. The interface of these products closely resembles the one we're accustomed to from Microsoft, so users won't need to undergo extensive retraining. Compatible versions are available for Windows, Android, and iOS, with both free and paid releases.

File Compatibility

OfficeSuite allows users to edit files created in third-party applications, including MS Office and Google Docs, and the same applies in reverse. Users won't need to adapt to new formats or face issues such as incorrect character display or loss of text. The suite supports old file extensions as well as ZIP archives. Commenting is available in a chat-like format, which is essential for documents that need to go through multiple stages of approval. However, editing is done sequentially rather than in real-time.
  

Annotation and PDF Conversion

Another useful feature is the ability to draw and make notes directly on the document. Sometimes it is more effective to visually indicate what needs to be corrected rather than describing it in words. File conversion to PDF format is available, along with password protection. The applications support activating various commands using hotkeys. However, it lacks the intelligent command search found in Microsoft products, and the scrolling with the mouse wheel is poorly implemented.

Text Files

The text editor includes most of the expected features, such as support for templates, rulers, column view, page margin and color settings, page orientation adjustments, insertion of breaks, bookmark management, watermarks, adding borders, page numbers, and headers and footers. Users can create lists, including multi-level lists, although not in automatic mode. There is built-in spell check support for 40 languages.
