Form Pilot Office

Form Pilot Office is a software application designed for creating and filling out various paper and electronic forms on your computer. You can scan paper forms or import electronic forms of any type (PDF, DOC, XLS, TXT, etc.) using the virtual printer Form Pilot.
 

Key Features

• Create Fillable Forms: You can create .CFP documents with special fields for clients and partners to fill out using the free Filler Pilot program. You can send prepared forms by email or publish them on your website, including a link to download Filler Pilot. Your clients and partners can fill out the forms in Filler Pilot and send them back to you in PDF or .CFP formats. You can maintain a database of the information received.

• Fill Out Paper Forms on Your Computer: If you have a scanner connected to your computer, you can scan a form directly from the program, view the image of the form on your screen, and fill it out by typing text where needed. If you don't have a scanner, you can bring a scanned image of the form from another computer. You can use ready-made forms (only text will be printed) or blank paper to create a filled form.

• Fill Out Electronic Forms of Any Type: Form Pilot Office also allows you to fill out electronic forms of any type (DOC, TXT, XLS, PDF, etc.) using the virtual printer Form Pilot. You can use the same tools for filling out electronic forms as you would for paper forms.

• Database Integration: If you frequently fill out the same forms with different data, you can use database tools to automatically fill in fields from your database. You can also export (and import) data from Form Pilot Office documents to your external database.

Installation

The program does not require installation; simply download and run the self-extracting .exe file, and the installation wizard will guide you through the rest of the process.
